Having been in the business of helping successful business people reduce taxes, limit liability and protect assets for more than 20 years, I find it interesting that a lot of the same Myths that existed back then are still being propogated today.

I wish all the worlds wisdom could be distilled down to a few simple phrases but it can`t so, don`t take advise tht is not well defined and complete with footnotes if possible.

It seems that many accountants reflexively make recommendations without considering the situation. So my best recommendation is keep asking "Why".
