· Lead the development, dissemination, and communication of strategic objectives, performance management, and rewards systems for Westshore Glass Corp.
· Championed and lead LEAN manufacturing initiatives responsible for productivity increases up to 170% and material cost savings of $233,000 over the course of a single fiscal year for the Industrial Division manufacturing facilities of Molex Incorporated.
· Coordinated and authored best practices ISO 9000 standards, job analysis, job descriptions, performance evaluations, and compensation systems for USP Structural Connectors division of Gibraltar Steel.
