Wellness....this is how I think about wellness. 1. a great exercise routine 5 days a week + of cardio 2. a journal of what, when and why I am eating during each day 3. stay far away from the medications of any sort....meditate, relax and drink lots of water. 4. Mindset helps as well! think positive as much as you possibly can during the day 5. take in only organic environmently safe things such as soy/vey gourmet candles vs sooty candles Well....did I miss anything? | I would really like to know if I am missing anything. I look forward to what can be said on this |
I`m very impressed with your response. Most people don`t even understand the wellness concept. It is always thought to be only exercise. To me wellness is all that and most importantly a balanced life. What I`m learning from my involvement with developing wellness software and the development of mywellnessspace.com/wellness. The definition is really left to you. To me it is almost like a path to follow. Stay on it, live a longer healthier happy life. Leave the path and well you know the rest. Thanks your input. Be Well

| Description: | MyWellnessspace.com was brought to life while I was developing wellness software for a company called active@anyage. There is a great need for a niche myspace. The site looks and funtions somewhat like myspace, but has a couple of cool features myspace doesn`t currently have. After I installed my wellness software into Manatee countie`s wellness center, it became very appearent the this service was needed. Manatee county has 3,000 employess and uses an intranet to keep in touch with their employees and to let them know what upcoming programs the center is going to offer. I over heard an employee say something to the effect of "it would be great if we had a meeting place online, to start walking clubs or share diet secrets." I got a great programmer and he found a great os php program that had all of the features of myspace and get this it only cost $375 to purchase a license and $75 a year to keep there logo off of the site. I plan a promoted launch by the April 2007. |
