I would like to find investors to help me open a pizza parlor in our town. There is one for sale and need help with financing. I have been in the restaurant business for more than 20 years. I owned a resort (with bar and restaurant). I managed a country kitchen. I have also helped to establish many restaurant businesses in the area. I have been on radio and everyone knows Chef Norb. Most people seek me out at every restaurant I work at. Needless to say I have a huge following.

My goal is to get involved with an investor who would help me get this particular restaurant. The startup would be very small (30,000 - 50,000). Just enough to buy the property/building and equipment.

I wouldn`t have the need for any employees to start with. Eventually I would want to see this business grow and be the first delivery pizza place in the northwoods.
