To be located in the 92509 area code of Riverside, CA, Luigi’s Pizzeria & Café will become a popular place for family and friends to get together and have a great time. Our primary menu items will be pizza and sub sandwiches. Luigi’s will provide a variety of entertainments such as Televised Sporting Events, Arcade Games, Pool tables and various Live Stage events (Karaoke, Live Bands, Standup Comedy).

To open Luigi’s, a $250,000 to $300,000 will be required. At this point, the restaurant is in its fund raising stage. I would seek out a loan, but don’t have anything to offer the banks for collateral. To overcome this financial barrier, I have decided to give crowd sourcing a try.

Even if I manage to raise only $100,000 or so, thats more than enough to get to ball rolling to open this restaurant. All raised funds will go towards equipment, inventory, supplies, construction, permits, licenses, initial operation costs, 1st month of pay for about 15 employees, and the first month or two of space rent.
