LOL!! I love that option, "Chicks dig it!" 
To tell the truth, I ended up with a life-time bias toward entrepreneurship because I first was a professional musician. I could play the piano, and in about 7th grade, realized that "chicks dig it." Ergo, I would go into music. Which I did, and by gosh, chicks DO dig it!

However, after spending most of my life running my own business or being independent of corporate employee culture, I can`t go back to anything else. So although maybe a long time ago, "chicks dig it" was the key motivator, today it`s having control over my own destiny.
