Description:I opened Brix in August of 2003 in my quaint hometown of Zionsville, Indiana, a suburb of Indianapolis. My intentions and goals for this small bistro were to serve mainly breakfast and lunch and some carry out style catering. As our popularity grew, my business plan was changed without my control by customer demand, and now we serve lunch and dinner, focusing on local and seasonal ingredients.
