Description:I am a retired secondary technology education teacher. I have coached middle school and high school volleyball, football, and baseball for over 25 years. I really enjoyed working with the young student athletes.
I was most influenced in my life by my father. He was a WWII naval aviator and retired as a Captain while maintaining a career as a manager at Ford Motor Company. He taught me the importance of hard work, honesty, determination and a quest for knowledge. I inherited a little of his dry sense of humor and sharp wit.

This post is for truck owners who have snap button tonneau covers installed over their bed. Changes in temperature and aging of the material make the fastening of the rear corner and tailgate buttons difficult on some installations. I have come up with a simple solution to this problem. Making the simple tool I designed, along with a 6” quick grip clamp, this procedure is much easier. I have designed a Blog (web page) that covers the details a of the solution and would be eager to hear your comment and opinions.
