You can install a plug-in in your browser (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox) called "NoFollow Simple". Once the link has converts into a strike through text then it is NoFollow, if it's not then it is DoFollow link.

To check, dofollow and nofollow in any website, one can either check its source code(ctrl f - nofollow - enter).

Another way to check is to add extension in Google Chrome, it'll tell you by highlighting the hyperlink, surrounded by a dotted link.

There are many ways through which you can check out that which link is dofollow or nofollow.
#1 If you use Mozilla browser, then you can install plugin to check this.

I too use SEOQuake SEO Extension in Firefox for checking No Follow links as well as to check which Web page has cached in Google or not.

Quirk Search Status tool is also available, it supports mozilla browser. These tools mark Nofollow Links Red Color. The other way is to check the source code of the web page if the anchor tag contains nofollow element.

There are a lot of SEO tools you can use to check "dofollow" and "nofollow" links. One is by installing a browser extension like SEOquake. You can also check it manually by highlighting the link then right-click then inspecting the elements. Then it will show the link attribute if it's a "nofollow", if there's no "nofollow" attribute, it means the link is a "dofollow".
