I have 10 years of experience in international sales and sourcing. I would like to open my own consulting company for anyone who would like to sell or source their product oversea. My specialty is Asian market. My question is:
- I know that there are many companies out their providing similar service. Is there more need for this type of consulting service?
- Differentiation: To differentiate from the other competitors, I would require no upfront cost. The fees are charged by commission only. What are your thoughts?
- I am calling it "International Sales & Sourcing Consulting Service". What are your thoughts on this title?
