The word that comes to mind is reciprocal. Sounds like trust is a two way give and take between people.
From a leadership perspective... isn`t a good leader someone who can develop trust in the workplace? Someone who can create the right environment for trust? For us that means giving opportunity... but within clear boundaries.
Guess we struggle with the idea of getting rid of the rules and regulations. Sounds a bit Utopian at first, but has lawlessness ever worked in any society... including a business community?
Personal freedom is the choice to either play by the rules of the game or not. We all need some measure of accountability. Left to ourselves don`t we all tend to do what`s best for me rather than the team?
