    Great thoughts BYTRADE.  Here are a couple of other keys to success:

    • Integrity: NEVER lie to your customers
    • Value: Be prepared to demonstrate how the value you bring exceeds the price you're charging, whatever it is.
    • Structure: Nowadays it's very easy to let your attention move to non-revenue producing activities. Have a plan or schedule in place to prevent this
    And, from my most recent blog post: Remember when you close, you're not just closing a prospect. You're closing a potential referral source, so act accordingly.
