Its too clear that starting business is one of the great, albeit challenging, experiences in life.  A person who is not in love with a particular idea per see, but really love with the idea of entrepreneurship itself. But important thing is that you find enough money to get started properly. There is nothing worse than starting out with a cash-crunch.

    Thanks for sharing all information.....

Steps for starting a new business:

    1) Decide where there is a demand

    2) Validate the demand with potential / would be customers

    3) Understand their specific needs and why the current products / services do not meet their key needs

    4) Determine what the offer needs to be to meet these unfulfilled needs

    5) Work out how to provide for the price range the customers are prepared to pay

    6) Test it!

    7) Start small and prove

    8) Get funding after gaining proof (or self fund)

    9) Make your offer to the customers

    10) Increase production capability to meet increased demand

    Easy!

    Any questions - just ask.

Definitely these are good business tips that find rarely as I know if a person is going to start a business then it is necessary for him to have all information related to his business. As you can’t get profit without knowing about its root. Sometimes it happens that you feel that you are not gaining profit in business so in this condition you want to accept new strategies to attract your costumer.

I agree with Kacie, you don't want to be stuck doing everything else if you truly want to grow your business. Odesk.com is a great place to look for contractors, etc. I think planning out your business is the most essential step you can take, this will help you avoid a lot of potential problems.

"Before starting a new business, you have to follow some steps:

    > Analysis the market condition.

    > Check your budget."

I'd say these are the two most important steps to starting your own business. Regardless of the business concept, it's going to be extremely difficult to build a successful company if your market is already flooded with tons of people doing the same thing.

You also need to look at how much you can afford to risk if worst-case-scenario, you fail. You never want to lose everything.

Also, it's good idea to find out with there are others in your industry that you can to for advice or a business model that you can borrow from.

Provide high quality goods and/or services: This is a very critical component of owning a business. If you can't provide what your potential customers are looking for, they will look elsewhere. Customer satisfaction helps you and your business maintain credibility and will ultimately decide whether or not your business is successful.. - Self Esteem

Starting a business is hard, especially when you’re still at the point where you have to do everything yourself. I recommend looking at outsourcing some of the tasks that are needed to be done. Most of the time this is overlooked but once you try it you’ll be amazed at how much outsourcing can help you grow your business. You’ll be able to focus on your product, become more efficient, and be more profitable.

    1. Know the rules. Research which licenses and registrations you need, your tax responsibilities and the right insurance to protect your interests.

    2. Set up your office. Find the best space, at home or elsewhere. Decide on what technology you'll be using, how to implement it with a local IT consultant and how to use that technology to its fullest. Visit a Microsoft Across America Connections event, which highlights the latest in small-business technology and helps you get the most out of your existing programs.

    3. Build a brand. A compelling logo, marketing materials and a well-designed Web site are key to making a positive impression.

    4. Do the marketing. Research your market and choose the right vehicles, including advertising, keywords and public relations, to get your message out.

    5. Make the sale. Be prepared to accept payments in various forms and to keep track of customer relationships.

    6. Watch the money. Manage your costs and keep your books in good order.

    7. Mind the details. Support for shipping, travel and legal issues is affordable and nearby; get it in place now.

    8. People first. Find the stars who will help you succeed and retain them as happy employees.

I personally feel that one should "Do what they love".
You're going to devote a lot of time and energy to starting a business and building it into a successful enterprise, so it's really important that you truly deeply enjoy what you do, whether it be running fishing charters, creating pottery or providing financial advice.
