I've been looking far and wide for a good helpdesk, or more specifically, a customer service software solution that has all-in-one functionality. What I mean is a knowledge base and a community.
Here are my requirements
4. Knowledge base
6. Feedback widget of some sort.
I know UserVoice, Zendesk and GetSatisfaction offer something like that - of course the latter lacking the help desk component.
So far in my search I've only ran across http://helprace.com from this Business Software article http://www.business-software.com/blog/online-community-software/
I'm wondering if there are any more helpdesk apps matching my criteria?
