This is my first post and am looking forward to using this new, and I'm sure useful, resource.
My problem is simple. I would have customers come into the store (a photo shop) asking about a camera or other product. Being as helpful as we can, we take the time to answer all of their questions (can take up to an hour or more sometimes). However, a good majority of people who come into the store asking these questions, leave only to go buy the camera somewhere else.
We don't mind answering people's questions so long as they buy the camera or product from us. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what are some things we could do to fix this problem?
