I am looking into starting an event referral service in my area. I live in a middle income area where most cannot afford a party planner. I would like to know what would be the best way to approach vendors and venue on this idea? The customer wouldn`t be paying for the service, but the vendor/venue would pay the refferal fee. And how would I bill them after the referral is made to ensure payment? I haven`t quite pin pointed the process on that.
I have looked into other companies that do this so the opportunity is out there, I am in the process of figuring the logistics of it.
I would appreciate any suggestions good or bad.
