We should build downtime into our schedule. We should make balance in both work and life.We have to remember that a little relaxation goes a long way.

I agree, people are also much more effective at what they do if they are not tired.

Balancing work and life is a serious matter. There was a tip (cannot remember the source providing) suggesting 8-8-8 rule: working, social life and sleep.
It is hard to manage that but it is an opportunity to try it out.

Yep this is a big one, but when you operate a small business sometimes it's impossible to get away from it all. Just a few days ago Office Depot released a survey that found 76% of small business owners stay connected to work even while on vacation. http://news.officedepot.com/press-release/marketing-news/office-depot-inc-small-business-index-finds-majority-small-business-own

I understand why -- when you're invested in so many aspects of running your business, it becomes impossible to keep it going when you're not involved. But if you're trying to run a business, you should be at least partly ready to make work your life...

I have read this one. Great article. Also some sources suggested doing a 8-8-8 model (work-social life-sleep), but it is all quite challangeing to put fixed frames.
