Website Re-Design benefits?

    i don't think redesign will help to your website, just create the user friendly,attractive and creative website

    f which you want to shown to the critic.

    but steel you have create the new website then use the latest technology(Bootstrap or Responsive)

    The above comments mention good points about the benefits of website redesigns.  I do have to add, though, that sometimes a redesign can hurt your rankings if you don't do it correctly.  You want to make sure that you set up your new web pages with either the very same title and meta tags as the old respective page or use better optimized tags, and try to maintain close to the same keyword density (although don't try to over-optimize that).  And any old URLs that are not a part of the new site should be 301-redirected to an appropriate page of the new site.  --David @ Touch Point Digital Marketing

    Agree with TouchPoint.  Too often redesign is not done right, by amateurs.  By the time everybody looks like WordPress and greyed-out letters, it is blase, pase and you look like everybody, but worse your generated site likely loads slower than a well-coded site.

    Regardless, proper design is around target prospect segments, and gaps in the web marketplace.  That is never done enough, whether  blase Web 2.0 or  unique and original-looking.  Nor are enough advertising basics incorporated into most sites.

    Don't start changing the image, trade dress, certainly not the name and logo, nor the colors, no matter what for a new site unless atrocious.  Garish is even OK if fixed up as long as the APPEALS, Headlines, Bullets, and style meets good advertising standards.  DON'T fall for complex or fancy navigation.  Most people don't like to search only to then chase parts of the menu.


    The best bet is  use a professional.

    That depends on your needs and problems currently.  Diagnosis of a website begins with examination of everything, from the business strategy to the traffic, the quality of traffic, time on the website, page loads ratio versus visits and so on.

    If you study some of the articles at , you will see that most sites are not well-designed, are often slow, break after several revisions, and do not do the basics of advertising and marketing.

    On top of that, they are not designed for primarily organic OR PPC promotion, or a hybrid emphasizing more one method, but using both.  They are not designed around visitor types, with quick buttons and paths, sections, bookmarks and ages for each type, allowing drill-down.

    A  modern appearance or very fancy has little effect on selling.  WE talk about basics of advertising  (Great HEADLINES-tested appeals, show the product in action, name the target, related features to the target segment's needs). 

    Nobody does this right.  None of that matters if your promotion is bad.  None of that nor redesign matters if you are trying to compete nationally or internationally unless you are the SOLE provider of a high-demand item. 

    That's the hard truth.  If you pass those hurdles, a well-thought out redesign around those concepts, based on a great strategy emphasizing competitive advantage and uniqueness can help.  But use a highly experienced professional web-developer to help, even if you do some of the work yourself.   A good web designer will keep you very busy anyway, getting the right info, images, wording, formats, appeals by testing, and doing keyword tool studies and getting you to do a proper OUTLINE of your site based on all this.  That's how it should be done,  but nobody does it right, some just less wrong than others.
