Sales Books...good question.  SPIN Selling is phenomenal - you`ll get excellent resuslt....Most Brian Tracy books are ok too, the other recommendations are excellent as well.  I recently published an E-Book that outlines a principle oriented approach to boost confidence and skill fast; that I use for my Clients.
You can check it out at can get 2 free chapters to get a feel for it....Also nothing beats practice...and modeling good sales people in your area of sales.  Good luck.

Although not necessarily written on sales, I think The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell would be helpful.

One of the best books I had read and In fact implemented three quarters of the book was "How To Master The Art Of Selling" by Tom Hopkins.

Among the others that our friends here have suggested.

Wishing you all the luck. Remember, Never give up and every rejection adds to the dollar value of your final sale.

Dale Carnegie`s "How to Win Friends and Influence People" is certainly worth reading.

I agree that SPIN and Solutions Selling are both excellent and worth investing in either books and/or formal training.

I was brought up on Brian Tracy`s Psychology of Selling many years ago and have referred back to it on occassion. I would also recommend finding a mentor and being accountable to that person.

    To your success,

A willingness to learn new skills is a good sign of your coming success Yusiye.
I am a lifetime-learner and a huge advocate of personal development. I would recommend spending 80% of your efforts in this area and the remainder in learning specific sales skills. In this manner you will be enabled to maximize the new skill-set you will learn. Always remember that selling is all about interacting with other people and presenting solutions to their needs.
Throughout my sales career, I have fed my mind with books and presentations by Og Mandino, Tom Hopkins, Brian Tracy, Zig Ziglar, Dale Carnegie, Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Tony Robbins, Joel Weldon and of course, Earl Nightingale. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is also a must-read. Consider regular visits to Salesopedia as well for current articles and materials from today`s sales leaders.
Please forgive the plug, but you likely would benefit from reading my book, Superior Selling Skills Mastery and the regular content and discussions at my blog Idea Sellers.
Here`s to your success and a prosperous New Year!

The Success System That Never Fails by W. Clement Stone.  I`t`s old-school, but it gives a good foundation to build on.  Stone takes his sales philosophy and technique and applies it to a whole life philosophy.

Jeffrey Gitomer`s Little Red Book of Selling.

    Kevin Hogan`s Persuasion books.

Dale Carniegie is beyond comparison.  The definitive book of selling.

I am not an affiliate for any of these, they have helped me.  But I am a `natural born` saleswoman.  They tweaked me....
