Service Re-launch VS New Service Line

    I was wondering that if a service provider wants some innovation in the perceptions of people which of the options is better. Service Re-launch or a new service line within the current category, for example I am a service provider of Live Chat Customer Service, this is basically a support on website through which customers talk to the providers and get help in finding what they want. In other words it’s a help line. Now for the promotion Service Re-launch is better or a New Service Line?
