Advice on Graphic Designing

    Hello, I have been in the field of graphic designing for almost two decades. The field of graphic designing has witnessed a revolution, in which I am proud to be a part of. So many trends have come and gone and related to this I would like to give some advice to new designers

    First always be unique. Follow no trends that are transitory, make your own style

    Dont always go for a flashy design. A neat and clean design with a minamalist style goes a long way in the field of design.

    Always research the brand and its industry before evn attempting to create alogo or website

    Always keep your blogs updated, reply promptly and always be creative!

    I also believe you need to integrate a marketing mindset to each design.

    graphics designing has changed a lot with the introduction of software like Photoshop. Now it is mandatory to have knowledge of these software for best results.

    Don't forget GIMP, for folks who don't want to pay for or steal Photoshop. Layers, all sorts of filters... I think only the most hardcore designers couldn't use it instead of Photoshop, and maybe even those folks.
