We are all aware of how much speed of the website is important in getting overall success of your website. Even if you have drastic looking design, few people will wait to see if it will load very slowly. Here is some consideration for creating faster loading website.

Restrict the use of images: It might be odd but important.Think of using few images as possible and don’t fill your website with too much images.

Optimize it properly: For faster loading website, you can compress the size of the images. JPG format images suit best for compression without any data loss. Check for proper type before compressing as you need to maintain its quality as well.

Restrict the use of Animated Gif: sometimes it is not in our hand to include it or not. If you have used animated GiF make sure that it loads fast and give alternate option to skip that. Many websites have animated intro at home page without Skip option in which visitors may like to leave if they don’t get skip option.

Ensure the optimization of images used for small objects on web page: It is common that designer might ignore to optimize images which have been used for small objects like button, hyper link, and social media icons. These images should get optimized as well for better performance.

Enable browser cache: Enable this option so browser will be able to store certain property and files of your website so it can be loaded faster next time. Speed up the

database operation: Store database in cached memory and when it needed again, if there is no change in updating, serve the cached one otherwise retrieve from server database.
