    I'm a new business based in Norton, MA focusing on small businesses and start-ups, needing help with understanding and managing the inquiries (calls, email, etc.) being submitted every day.

    Inquiry Analytics = Actionable Data and Knowledge.




    We help businesses figure out how to get, and what to do with the data and knowledge that becomes available from assessing, analyzing, and understanding everything possible about the inquiries (calls, emails, etc…) being submitted every day.





    By everything possible I mean getting answers to the Who, How, What, Why, and When questions relating to these inquiries.


    So as a start we work with you to:


    • assess the systems, tools, and processes currently being utilized to get this data and knowledge
    • make recommendations on what to continue doing since it’s working, while identifying opportunities for improvement
    • recommend steps to take to get what’s missing and fix what’s broken
    • establish priorities and action plans to define and implement an ongoing, sustainable inquiry analytics strategy
