As part of the 1M/1M initiative, Sramana Mitra offers free weekly online strategy roundtables for entrepreneurs looking to discuss positioning, financing, and other aspects of a startup venture. Up to 1,000 people can attend each session, but only the first five who register to pitch will be able to present their business ideas. All attendees are able to join in on the conversations via a live chat.
Sramana requests that entrepreneurs use the Clarify Your Story appendix of herPositioning book to prepare their pitches. While many entrepreneurs find it difficult to answer all the questions in the CYS framework, we strongly recommend that you address the following items in your roundtable pitch at the minimum:
(1) A validated customer value proposition
(2) Detailed segmentation analysis and target customer definition at a fairly granular level
(3) A customer acquisition strategy that is pragmatic, and
(4) We also recommend that you present a succinct summary of whatever customer validation work you have done.
Your roundtable pitch should be no more than three minutes, and consist of four slides, as suggested above. No more. No less.
Upcoming 1M/1M Roundtables:

Am a Ambassador in the global initiative One Million by One Million 1M/1M (http://www.sramanamitra.com 1m/1m/).
There are only about 5 pitching slots each week, and I would like to get startups from Africa participating in the roundtables at least each week. There are plenty businesses in around the world that need this.
If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to email me ...
