In recent years, IT investment sustained growth, business costs and efficiency of the "double pressure" driving the world's fast-growing IT service outsourcing market, which accounts for IT services, increasing the share of total expenditure. According to IDC research, the global IT services spending in 2008 reached a total of 576.749 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 7.6%, of which outsourcing IT services reached 215.952 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 9.3%.
