ILVAC (Illinois Virtual Assistants Connection) group is currently organizing a networking and education event to be held April 9 & 10, 2010. The event will be held in the Chicago area at the Crowne Plaza, Rosemont, IL.
The purpose of this event is to provide a unique networking opportunity combined with an educational conference. This event is for all virtual assistants; veterans, new virtual assistants and those just thinking about becoming a virtual assistant. The event will begin with a networking dinner with a speaker on April 9, 2010 and will continue with numerous educational session options on Saturday, April 10, 2010. Guest speakers will also be featured throughout the day on Saturday.
ILVAC is a group of Illinois virtual assistants who share the mission to further educate and promote the virtual assistant industry in Illinois and virtually everywhere.
Early Bird registration price of $225.00 ($250.00 after January 27, 2010) will include all the full agenda including a dinner buffet with 3 entrees and speaker on Friday April 9th, all day conference including a breakfast and lunch buffets with 3 entrees. The agenda has been set to include all the VA hot topics with presentations, speakers and vendors that will be geared and of interest to all no matter your experience in the VA industry.
Special room rates of $89.00 per night at the Crowne Plaza (not included in conference registration) have been set and you can use the passkey system to make your reservations. Our special package includes a single or double room with the full 7 layers of comfort in this new renovated hotel with free in-room Internet access, pool, workout room and more. From your fully appointed room you will be able to attend the dinner and conference without leaving the hotel.
If you should wish to partake of any of the endless available activities in the Chicago area you are just two blocks walk or a shuttle ride to O'Hare stations of the Metra system stop which can take you in 30 short minutes to the one and only Chicago Downtown and lakefront.
