Description
Headline:LiveOps CSR Agent & Virtual Assistant (OASIS)
Description:Providing trustworthy and reliable offsite Preservation Support to non-profits: historical societies, ministry, professional and reunion associations such as class reunions and family reunions. Also supporting small business owners: genealogist historian lecturers, crafters / artists, legal professionals, and many others.

An Offsite Administrative Secretarial Innovative Support, is also an oasis of information, a research liaison, information gatherer, provider, bringing people and information together

As information junkie, a fact gatherer, a connector, I connect people and information, and services.

I love digging in old records. Not every thing is on the Internet! Information can be located everywhere. It’s exhilarating to be a part of the Research & Information Retrieval industry; I have a keen respect for all records: federal, state, city, and municipal. It is a pleasure assisting “family” related projects with historical societies, family historians, family reunion planning, High school classes trying relocate missing classmates, or anybody person who needs “help” from a distance – like I have in the past. Working with historical documentation gives you a “rush” feeling when you retain and capture the correct verification facts from clues – Genealogy is not FREE.

Research and gather facts on behalf of parents, family, friends, and others whom I have never met except through hand-written, eMail, fax or phone communications. I have not been one of the fortunate researchers to locate completed family histories online. Everything I own or have helped others to find, has come from old-fashioned “digging” in the trenches.

Assisted different families across the United States as they gather historical data to compile books. In 1991, primary fact gatherer (tri-author) for a family history my parents and I complied for the Heimerdinger Family Reunion in Michigan. Limited copies of the compiled history were placed in local, state and university libraries within the state of Michigan.

A contributor to Rootsweb; volunteered to transcribe tombstones related to me, and previously submitted some obituary abstracts from Lebanon Daily News, Lebanon County, PA. Transcribe the writings of historic treasures others have found. This includes typing the “spelling errors” of the original author; otherwise, a typist can ruin its authenticity. Actively monitor and maintain obituaries & obituary abstracts from the Lebanon Daily News, Lebanon County, PA; I am passionate descendent of this area. An active family historian for two different family reunions in two different states: Michigan and Pennsylvania. Information Research…it’s the thrill of the hunt.

In addition, an OASIS provides:
•Information & Research Retrieval
•Traditional/ Internet Research
•Administrative Support
•Inbound CSR/CRM Telephone Support
•Mailing Services
•Event Planning Assistance – Missing family or class mates?
•Transcribe hand-written historical documentation
•Access Database Management
•Desktop Publishing – Flyers
