Description:	I own a specialized IT consulting company that has five years of experience in our area. We are pretty well recognized, and I`m proud to say we are established and considered a "premium provider". That said, I certainly still struggle with how to manage growth (and even deciding if we should grow), employees, unbillable overhead time, and more. It`s an interesting journey!
