I am the president of the Wade Institute, a professional development and consulting company focusing on women’s issues and business development. My company offer professional development seminars, grant writing, nonprofit development, loan packaging, and business coaching to educational institutions, small business development centers, entrepreneuers, small businesses and nonprofit agencies. Additionally, the Wade Institute provide business opportunities to entrepreneuers and independent consultants interested in expanding into the professional development market. Motivated to increase the number of successful businesses, I`ve established alliances with several colleges throughout California providing workshops to entrepereneuers and small business owners. Moreover, recognizing the economical impact businesses has on the economy, I also serve as a Business Consultant for SBA/Santa Clarita Small Business Development Center, providing business development workshops and consultation services to new and existing business owners.
