Mr. Klein was a top producer at commercial real estate brokerage Grubb & Ellis Company before founding his first real estate business, LA West Realty, in 1984. Mr. Hemming started out as property manager and developer for The Grupe Companies in the late 1980s before teaming with Mr. Klein to create a sizeable real estate management portfolio for MMI Realty Services, Inc.
