I started out in web design in 1995 and after becoming interested in search engines, launched Cre8pc.com in 1996. I spent years as an SEO, user interface engineer, and online educator on search engine optimization techniques.

In 1998 I founded the Cre8pc Web Site Promotion club in Eteamz (later Yahoo! Clubs). It morphed into Cre8asiteforums in 2002 and is one of the leading web design forums today.

Also in 2002 I took my training and passion for software QA testing and usability and focused my career on providing usability services with strong background in organic SEO. I launched UsabilityEffect.com in 2004.

I`m a columnist, blogger for several blogs besides my own, and conference speaker.

I started out as single mom with young children. I`m now remarried, still working from home, and very involved with my kids, their sports, school and lives. I turned 50 in 2008.
