I started Decadence LLC (Decadence Gourmet Cheesecakes) when I had gone back to college and culinary school after over 20 years in the newspaper industry. About 2 years ago, we launched an exclusive line of individual portion-sized gourmet Cheesecakes in a Jar, which quicly grew into our #1 selling product line.

Now that we have all of our Trademarks and such in place, we are starting to look at just what it will take to take us truly national.
