We are an artisan chocolate producer on the east end of Long Island, NY. Until recently we were only offered in some of the high end restaurants of the Hamptons. Because of the great response we decided to make them available to the general public.

We produce our chocolates from the finest cacao in the world, representing single origins, organic producers, and simply the best covertures. Producing in small batches allows us to accentuate our chocolates by pairing flavor combinations with the inherent attributes of a given chocolate. You will discover “local-to-us” produced wines and herbs, fresh all natural cream and dairy in our hand made confections.

Every purchase we make is an opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment. Together we are making a difference by supporting organic producers, sustainable agriculture and local businesses. We also use recycled goods for most of our day to day business needs including packaging, paper and plastic supplies.
