| Description: | After a 17 year career in banking, specialising in business development, working for Eco bank Ghana and subsequently Barclays bank Kumasi Branch Ghana, elected to move into a portfolio of business activities. I am an Associate of The Chartered Institute of Bankers, a Fellow of The Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and hold a diploma in Company Direction from The Institute of Directors. Employed in my last post as Business Development manager of the Barclays bank Kumasi Branch Ghana, with responsibility for the City and Twons in Kumasi area. Involved in developing high level strategic plans, individual unit plans and have a wealth of experience in working with teams to ensure successful implementation of those plans. Now a Non Executive Director of The Barnet Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust, where I also act as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and The Barnet Education Business Partnership where I work in a voluntary capacity as Non-Executive Chairman.
