Smashing Project can help people gaining funds and financing for their products, find help and collaboration, determine the right price for their products. Smashing project can also be used to discuss with people about their idea or simply to promote their already active project.
So if you want to start a new project, you can post a project description and also add a simple guided business plan. Than you can have feedback with users simply by posting messages. It is possible also to accept "virtual offers" from people. This can let you better understand the price of your product or the capability of your project, to raise money.
But if you just have an idea and you are looking for somebody who has already realized it or just want to suggest your idea to community, you can use the "Idea" section to send a post about that.
