Hello and thanks for taking a moment to read my ad.

I am looking for a business partner/investor in the Inland Empire area of southern California. I have a great idea for a retail concept that will incorporaste well into a restaurant concept as well.

I am in the beginning stages and this could be a great opportunity for the right person.

Currently, I'm putting together a business plan, researching financials and markets and actively seeking partners/investors. We have a location available (though it might not last long).

This is a new concept for beer retailing and it takes advantage of the current growing trend away from the "big six" and the emergence of microbrews.

The initial start-up will only require $150,000 to $200,000 for the first location including 6 months of working capital. If we tie this to our retaurant concept we should see positive cash flow within the first 2 months.

I have an extensive background in foodservice and retail management. This combination makes me uniquely qualified to manage both concepts.
