Not nerdy, just wordy

I know it`s a tea shop, but the word "tea" is overused.

Instead of "categories" --  Choose from our select varieties...

Shorten  everything you say everywhere on the site.  Be pithy.

You don`t need the tabs on the left AND the Flags at the center.
Keep the flags, ditch the tabs.

"Where are we?"   -  Location
"When are we open?"  - Hours
"How can you reach us?" - Contact Us

Revise your "special offer" wording  so that it doesn`t take the reader all afternoon to understand what is so special about the special.
PERHAPS:

Limited time offer:
For every 2 ounce online order
add  2 samples (3-5 cup)
of your choice..FREE!
2 tea pouches = 4 samples
4 = 8 and so on..No limit!
Just list the tea numbers for
 samples as requested on
 last checkout page

If there cannot be duplicate samples, then no, the sky is not the limit-- The limit is the number of sample types you have.
People don`t need to know that the samples are 10grams. They just need to know they are getting free tea samples. A tea junkie might care about the actual tea  weight and quantity, but then you wouldn`t be appealing to the "normal people" right?

What`s "normal"?

I had to dig a bit to figure out where you are located.  Don`t forget, this is the *world* wide web.  " We are one block west of Hillside on the North side of Central." could describe any of a thousand locations around the USA.

I like the logo, it`s in the right direction for branding *if* it`s the same as on your store and collateral.  I hate the cartoon pop-up character.

I don`t drink either coffee or tea, so does that make me double-unusual.  No beer either, which is *really* strange coming from a kid from Texas.  But before anyone thinks I am a Mormon, you should see me enjoy the Margaritas with my Mexican dinner.
