Turners is the largest auction house in New Zealand with 16 branches nationwide and an annual turnover (including sales on behalf of customers) exceeding NZ $400 million.

Since 1967, Turners Auctions Ltd operated as an autonomous entity of the 106 year old Turners and Growers Group. This all changed in 2002 when Turners Auctions separated and successfully listed on the NZX.

The business operates in two broad markets: used vehicles and commercial goods.

Every year Turners auctions over 120,000 vehicles including quality imports, NZ new, Turners Certified, trucks, damaged vehicles, commercial vehicles, prestige and classic cars.

Commercial sales include heavy plant and machinery, police and customs seized goods, insolvency, receivership and liquidator sales, catering equipment, computers and furniture.

Turner’s online bidding service ‘Turners Live’ allows bidders to view the actual real time auction and bid and buy from any Turners branch without the need to attend the physical auction.

Turners offer other services from end of term motor vehicle inspections for lease companies and even cars that you can “Buy Now” with no need to attend an auction. Turners Finance provides personal finance from car loans to holidays at competitive terms and rates.
