| Description: | I am an entrepreneur living in the UK. During my lifetime I have created five businesses, the most successful of which we sold in 2004. That was a good feeling. I spent much of my early career working in academia, originally in psychology departments and then I created and became Director of a Centre fot Entrepreneurship, sponsored by Barclays Bank. I have always had business interests outside of my University life and eventually decided to leave academia and build a `proper` business. I am a Chartered Psychologist and also a Visiting Professor at the University of Liverpool in the UK. Our business (Venture to Think` create online coaching and profiling interventions that enable start up and established entrepreneurs to evaluate themselves and their business and build upon their strengths and avoid costly mistakes. We recognise that may businesses fail and the majority fail to achieve their true potential.
