Description:Nasser Kazeminy has long worked to better the lives of immigrants seeking United States citizenship. An immigrant himself, Mr. Kazeminy draws upon his own experience and leadership acumen to help them secure employment, find a place to live, and navigate the confusing citizenship process. For his efforts in this area, along with many other charitable works, Nasser Kazeminy has received two awards, beginning in 1995 with the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, which recognizes immigrants’ contributions to America. In 2002, Mr. Kazeminy was recognized once again with the American Legend Award. Fellow recipients of this award include such well-known figures as President George Bush, New York Governor George Pataki, and New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Nasser Kazeminy has also garnered recognition for his work to better the lives of youth, receiving the Albert Schweitzer Leadership Award from Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership in 2006. His support of the Sovereign Order of Malta’s Bethlehem-based maternity hospital earned Mr. Kazeminy the title of Commander of Merit, pro Merito Melitense of the Knights of Malta.

Professionally, Nasser Kazeminy serves as Chairman and founder of NJK Holding Corporation. Mr. Kazeminy launched the privately held investment company in 1980 and since that time has also acquired or begun many similar organizations. His successful efforts have led to the profitable merger or sale of many of his businesses.

Mr. Kazeminy has also led or held a significant interest in a number of organizations over the years, including Quorum Group, Inc., and Digital Insight Corporation. A leading computerized litigation support company, Quorum Group led the move to electronic delivery solutions, resulting in less expensive document management. After twice owning the company, Mr. Kazeminy sold it in 2004 with the successful acquirer being Marsh & McLennan Companies. Digital Insight Corporation, an online banking company, was similarly successful for him. In 2007, Intuit, Inc., bought Digital Insight Corporation for more than a billion dollars.
