My business plan has no physical "product" to sell but is more of an unusual way to approach construction. A service oriented business. The real asset will be building on its people, and the idea. I am looking for the general attitude of VC`s, banks, and other investors.

    Good voting!

I have been offered a roadside billboard on a major interstate hear in East Texas for 6 months in exchange for providing labor on an installation for a customer. He is paying for the merchandise, but using the design and install fee ($1000.00) and monthly rent for 6 months, to cover the cost of my labor. Are billboards worth it? Should I take the deal excitedly or run for the hills?
    Thanks,
    Justin

That`s a bit tricky - sales may increase but will they maintain at a high level or will you get lost in the myriad of boards that are on the highway. It may be a good deal.

Were you thinking of buying a billboard before this "deal" got offered to you?  If yes, take the billboard.

If no, take the cash instead.

    Better spend on online marketing.
