I work with teachers, lecturers, and tutors who are journeying towards excellence; and with schools, colleges, universities, and centres of lifelong learning who invest in their people and in their organisational integrity.

I also work with learners who need more confidence, motivation and self-esteem, and offer support and guidance for parents. As well as private clients I coach sixth form and college students towards excellence and fulfilling/growing their potential, and as they succeed their school or college is able to grow their own reputation.

I have 20 years experience as a lecturer/tutor in further and higher education with an MA in Education (Open University) and the adult education teaching qualification PGCEA (University of Surrey); programme managing teacher education courses, lecturing in business and social science, and as an Open University tutor and NVQ assessor.

My own professional development has added NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) to my skills and I am accredited (Society of NLP) as an NLP Training Specialist and Advanced Therapeutic Specialist, among others, and of course I continue to take opportunities to grow.

I design and run workshops for staff development events – so I’ll be happy to discuss the contribution I could make to your next programme.

I am available on an associate basis and am happy to discuss how my skills could help you fulfil your next training contract. With adequate notice I am happy to train anywhere in the UK and Europe.

Finally, I am an experienced NVQ assessor and accept portfolio building and assessment work on a freelance/associate basis.
