Thanks for the reply.  You are right about atmosphere.  Many of my members have mentioned that to me as well.  That is why I have a program called Outdoor Fitness.  On certain days, I would take my training classes outdoors.

I am looking for how you stay active.  You can check more than one activity.

To define Strength Training, it is lifting weights or using machines.

To define Group Fitness Classes, it is anywhere there are more than 3 people in the room doing a workout together.  It can be aerobics, kickboxing, or a group strength class.

Please post a reply if your company has a corproate wellness program and explain a little about the program.

Please post a reply if your company does not have a corproate wellness program and explain the reason why they do not.

Thanks for the reply.  I have noticed that many companies will look into a program, but then it`s up to the employees to agree to do it or not.

Unfortunately, there are not many good corporate wellness programs that fit well with the business.

With that said, eveyone will do that they will want to do.

I work for a major corporation that has a very good wellness program that is supported by the Mayo Clinic.  We have access to multiple fitness programs, educational information and personal couseling.

I could not say what percentage of the employees utilize this service but I personally have benefitted from the program.
