I know in the world of entrepreneurs many of your businesses are often just one person.  Mine is and more than likely will stay that way (by design).  Many of you also have business models that allow and demand growth.  I ask this question to get a better understanding of who is communicating and what size companies are here to better represent what I see in the business world based on  employee size.  Your participation is appreciated.

Hey, all the women I know keep saying that size matters, so....there ya have it.

Our business will never have more than one employee... but we do work with many people in a leadership/coaching role. What a difference!
