I`ve been wracking my brain trying to get my rank numbers up on search engines. SEO seems to be one of the ways to do this. I understand it`s not the only way, but one of several ways to get better rankings.
Being a one person business, I wear ALL the hats in my company... Sales, marketing, book keeping, tech support, webmaster, copy writer... the list goes on.
I also know that it pays to have an expert do certain things for your business. But, operating on a minimal budget, I can`t afford to outsource a lot of what I need to get done, so it becomes a DIY project that involves the learning curve for that particular project as well.
Time is money, I spend an average of 14-16 hours a day in my home office, either on the phone trying to sell, or updating the web site, doing SEO, trying to find link partners, etc. It`s just become too much to concentrate on and do effectively.
So, my question is this:
Does anyone on SUN use any of these SEO software programs I read about? I`ve included a poll with choices of programs that I`m considering. If anyone has any experiece with a certain title, good or bad, please post and share your insight.
I`m actually starting to see some results from using IBP... nothing stupendously mindblowing yet, but some limited results.
While it`s probably not going to be THE answer, it has cut my work load enough for me to concentrate on some othe things, mainly shopping cart programs at the moment.
I started my business in August on a limited budget, an idea of what I wanted to do, and all kinds of time. The learning curve has been pretty steep so far, but it`s getting better, and for the investment in the software, it`s a viable answer for now.

| Description: | After moving to North dakota and finding the job market somewhat flat in my salary range, I decided to start my own business. When I lived in the Twin Cities, I worked for a company that manufactured air cleaning systems for industrial, commercial, and residential use. I believed in the product, and asked if I could become a dealer for them. This is how my company, Industrial Clean Air was founded. |
