After gaining valuable experience in the real estate sales field, Ms. Arruda joined the California Financial Group as a loan officer in 1992, a role in which she managed FHA, VA, HELOC, and multifamily loans from origination to closing. She moved into real estate management shortly afterwards, owning and managing an operation that employed 25 people and saw nearly $3 million in sales annually. She also worked with a number of prominent home builders during this time, including serving as an Account Executive with Centex Homes, Beazer Homes, and Ryland Homes. In 2003, Carmen Arruda joined Lawyers Title, a Fidelity National Title Group company, as an Account Executive. After a year of achievement, Fidelity promoted her to Regional Account Manager in its Seattle operations office. Over the past eight years she has consistently grown revenue while developing an expertise in performing competitive analysis, building successful teams, and developing effective marketing and sales programs. In addition to her California real estate license, Carmen Arruda holds a Washington real estate license and a notary license. She studied business and economics in Germany, and obtained her formal real estate education at the Rockwell Institute. |
