can someone help me in marketing my services and promoting my website

top of the day to all of you. I need help in promoting and marketing my services and website (www.fashgate.com). The name of the business is fashgate services llc. we render services in auto insurance, home insurance, business insurance, tax preparation and computer services. Can someone pls help

I think you should really cut back on your services. 

I`m not going to get my taxes done by an insurance salesman.
I`m not going to get my insurance from a pc tech
I`m not going to get my computer fixed by a tax preparer

Too much for anyone to take it serious.

If you can do all that, seperate it into 3 different entities and you`d probably have much more luck.

i Understand what you are saying< but i do not run the whole show. The only thing i run is the insurance and taxes. It is called division of labour. i am sure you are aware of other companies that do different things. also bear in mind that taxes season, is only for a few months and i take everyone of my customers or clients serious.

I would divide your services into separate companies operating from the same business location.

Hi,
 
I like having multiple products & services within industries. This allos for the highest ROI & is easier from a SEO standpoint.
 
If I were promoting your company I would do the following:
 
1.  Hire a content copywriter to write a seperate page on every service you sell.  You broke down your services great on your auto insurance page, now you need a page on each one.
 
2.  Add breadcrumbs to your site. Search engines index web pages not websites so adding breadcrumbs really means extra links everytime you add a page.  Plus it tells search engines which pages are more imprtant then others. Your breadcrumsb should be:
 
Main Keyword > Section > Category > Page 
 
Fash Gate Services > Connecticut Automobile Insurance > Collosion Insurance
 
3. Choose a few of your most popular services
 
4.  Start massive research.  I want to find every related company, website, event, and organization that relat to these services. Once you find them figure out a plan to partner, advertise, buy links, or anything to build brand awarenes or links within the industry.
 
But I do agree that computer services & tax preperation don`t really make sense on this site.  Maybe your company has a great business model for this but to me it would make me question the reputable status of this service company.

Hello. This is food for thought. I am having similar trouble focusing on my core activities and promoting them. I have an extremely limited budget and have bet on my website for now but I haven`t been able to get any leads or raise the number of hits. I`m using google ads but again have only a small budget allocated. I`m really not sure where to turn next. Could someone kind take a look and give me some feedback. Would be much obliged and happy to exchagne favours.

It is very nice to have all these service but is more better and more profitable to work services that are all related if you are going to do unrelated service you should have a seperate website for the unrelated service for examole I would have all the insurance service on one website and have a seperate website for the tax service end which you can stiil runn the different business out of one place. Consumers just find you more deciated to there service if you company is decitaed to all service decitaed to one thing.
 
A great way to promote this service is PPC advertising that pay per click you only par for advertising when someone clicks on your ad in Google or Yahoo search engines whic is were 90% of your internet traffic will come for. Hi. I separated things ou into two sites and it also really helped me focus, properly develop my service offerings and tarifs. I now have one for the IT; mjl-it.com and the video only business on a subdomain video.mjl-it.com. From that I sent out loads of flyers and ads and got some real business. Regards Mark

Here are a few suggestions. First of all with all the services you offer more often than not you have to find the business-it doesn`t find you. For instance, Home insurance-you will be competing against well funded highly advertised companies with brand name awareness. However, most home insurance is sold when a house is bought. Therefore, you need to turn your energy to networking with mortgage brokers and real estate agents.
 
Tax preparation- another tough one. You should pick a niche such as small business or teenagers and focus on that unless you are in a location with high foot traffic.
 
Auto insurance- get with used car dealers.
 
PC Tech- Offer a free course to small business owners about getting their business online.Line up some local developers and you install the hardware.
 
Just remember with these types of businesses you have to go get the work-it doesn`t come to you.
