I see a lot of websites selling Replica Logo Jerseys from China . Does that mean
the Logos on the Jerseys are Replicas also?If so does that make them legal
to sell online or are all these websites guilty of trademark infringement?

Hi CHINA MIKE,

I really don`t have a problem with good quality
and price infact I had my website ready to go
until I thought about the logo`s.

I would like to sell these jerseys if it is legal
thanks for your reply even though it didn`t
answer my question.

if done without permission of the mark holder [or exclusive license holder] it is probably illegal in the USA.

It is most definitely illegal if it is counterfeit merch.
