Hi Fellow Foodie Entrepreneurs!

Did you know that more than 12,000 new food items are introduced into the marketplace each year, of which 3,000 are categorized as "Specialty Food" products.

There's so much to consider and lots to learn as you prepare to launch your great gourmet idea for the whole world to enjoy and I've created this forum as a resource for us to share, ask questions, learn, and support each other in making your dreams a reality.

I launched my organic loose leaf tea company, Naja Tea, a little over two years ago.  I hadn't worked in the food industry, but I did have some business saavy which helped me maneuver my way through each step of developing a product, creating a brand around that product, marketing that product to the world, and to finally get it in the hands of my customers and the consumer.

I spent a lot of time, a lot more money, and had many a night where I wondered what the heck I was doing.  But each time I lay my head in my lap and felt dejected, a little voice would nudge me back to life and remind me to WAKE UP and smell the tea!  I knew in my gut that I had a million dollar idea right in the boiling water of my cup.

Like you, I had a dream.  My dream became a vision and that vision has become my reality.

I want to share how I made it happen with you to help you prevent just a few of the mistakes that I endured so that you can save a bit of your time, redirect your financial resources, and enjoy this process called ENTREPRENEURISM!
