I am looking into beginning a General Contracting company. A company that specializes in the processing plants, poultry, canning, rendering and any other types of procssing plants. This field is not a "women's" industry in any form. I have been involved in this business for almost 20 years. I am bringing another officer/partner on board who will be over the operations and field areas. I will mostly be handling the office details and much of the sales, the business management areas.

I would like to gain words of wisdom or even learn from others experiences. A group (men and women) that can give direction for myself and others who are taking a risk in a non-traditional field.
